Mike evaluated our Arts/Media staff and process. He spent time understanding our culture and vision.
Results
He then took his insights, asked numerous questions [for clarity] and assisted in the transition of our Sunday events to refine them and have them flow more in-line with our vision. Mike also took his evaluations of staff and recommended changes accordingly. Utilizing some of his recommendations, we ended up needing to make some changes with respect to staff roles. We also ended up hiring some individuals to complement our team.
